While cooking brats on the grill, large fire ensued, and I had to use a spray bottle of water to put it out. After the grill cooled and was cleaned, I attempted to start the grill again. I turned it on and as soon as the knob started going into the red, the grill shut itself off. What parts would I need to replace so I could use the grill again?

The controller is a complete assembly, including the cord, knob, and terminals.
