Starts and runs good when plug in tool or anything shorts out and wants to stall

Hi Ron,
Thank you for your question. If your generator shuts off, when you plug a tool into it, it may be experiencing an overload. If you have too many items plugged into the generator, it may shut down. Try reducing the load to see if this will resolve the issue. You should also check the oil, fuel and water levels, the spark plug and the air filter. We hope this helps!
