Generator runs but doesn't produce power

Hello Dewayne, thank you for reaching out. The issue seems to be with the Brush Holder Assembly and you may need to replace it, the part number is FIX9157810. If that does not take care of the issue, we would recommend checking the Alternator, part number FIX8916475. If you need help placing an order for it, please feel free to give us a call. Remove the spark suppresser, 4 face screws, 2 bottom screws and the two screws the hold the gasket. I also had to back out the top screw of the cover it blocked and prevented the removal of the gasket.
