Broken ring guide-tray wouldn't turn
partselect.com was so easy and great. I typed in my microwave's model number, and a line drawing of the part I needed popped up. What was especially great is that the drawing was angled so that I could see that the center part of the ring that goes down into the hole to turn the tray, the part broken on mine, was clearly shown so I knew

The base of the roller arm broke, so the turntable wasn't turning.
I had a broken turntable, ordered my part, it arrived the next day, placed the turntable arm in and that was that! What a great experience and FAST shipping!!!! No more burnt popcorn!!

Microwave table inside would not turn - plastic park broken on roller guide
Simply - ordered the part online - where I was able to check the status of the delivery every day. Received the part in a few days, lifted out the old roller guide and dropped in the new one. Presto!!! No more burnt popcorn on one side of the bag!!!
