Machine tumbles but won't dry, doesn't get hot
For model number DCVH480EK1WW

Hello Julio, thank you for contacting us. The most probable cause of the issue is a faulty operating thermostat, part number FIX3417669. It monitors and regulates the temperature inside the dryer. We would also recommend checking the heater, part number FIX2577670, and making sure it is not shorted. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!

Screws was missing in the package
I used the similar screws of my own for temporary until I found parts from PartSelect.com to buy. After I ordered and when it arrives, I just simply replace the missing screws and screwed them in to get LCD TV and LCD TV Stand together firmly without a problem which is much better than the wrong screws I used for temporary.
