Washer has power, but pressing the power button does nothing. I just replaced the door gasket, ran a clean cycle and then a rinse cycle. Now pressing the power button does nothing. This happened prior to changing the gasket. Just purchased the home and prior owner claims that they had no issues.

Door lock wouldn't.
Remove two screws on attachment plate slide door lock plate out. Disconnect wire harness. Remove two screws on back side. Then reverse the process, done!

P.S. don't pay $32 for next working day it still took 3 days to arrive. doesn't help when your leaving in two.

Washer door always needed to be slammed to shut and finally the latch broke.
Unscrewed the two screws holding the latch and screwed on the new one. Took less than 5 minutes. The best part was that I ordered the latch on Friday and it was delivered on Saturday!
