My defrost heat strip is always hot, the thermistors test within range. When running diagnostic mode, it finds nothing wrong, however when there is supposed to be no loads at all, the voltage to the heat strip is 54-56 volts, when the test for the heater is selected, the voltage goes to 120, when the test is over and the heater is supposed to be off, the voltage is still around 55 volts. What part is bad?Thank you for your help.
For model number WZF34X16DW01

Hello Willard, thank you for writing. We recommend to replace the Defrost Heater Assembly FIX11752658. The defrost heater melts frost from the evaporator fins during the automatic defrost cycle. Good luck with your repair

Scratches in Surface
This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.

Both outside door handles turned very beige
Everything worked perfectly---thanks to the suggestion of your call center agent. She suggested that since the replacement door handles were no longer available, I should consider repainting them--it worked like a charm. Please tell her she was a life saver. We rent that house in Fl and my returning tenants had complained about the discoloring refer handles. Thank you
