The freezer was running and then just stopped. The out side shows the temperature settings at 7 . The freezer will not attempt to run. What do you think is the problem?

We have researched the model you have provided and we would recommend checking the following parts to fix your issue: the compressor controller, the run capacitor, the main wiring harness, the thermistor the control board. You can test the parts with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. ordered it. My husband and I removed the door to the freezer, pushed the part into the hole at the bottom of the door and put the door back on its hinges. It works perfectly. Thank you.
