Gasket not sealing
Per the UTube video ...
Once the gasket was on, the door would not seal.
Gasket was removed and placed in dryer again to "soften" but to no avail on the second try.
When we received the package, the box was ripped open and only the wadded up gasket in the box. Don't know if someone just shoved it in or what. I think thi s is what caused the issue with it not sealing. Also no instructions except on your website. We ended up putting on the original gasket and sealed the cut on the gasket with tape. Freezer seals well and no leaks or issues. I still have the gas but no clue what to do with it if we can't get it to work. Is there a refund available?

The freezer was missing the key
I ordered a pair of new keys from Parts Select and found the website extremely easy to use. I found the key I needed in less than 10 minutes and ordered the item. The key woked perfectly. Delivery was prompt and the cost was resonable. I have bookmarked the site for future use. thank you. James

Someone Pressed Too Hard On Handle
I removed the plastic caps over the top and bottom retainer screws; removed the screws; removed the broken plastic nipples; placed the new handle in the proper position; re-inserted retainer screws; snapped plastic caps back in place and was finished with the repair.
