Customer service very helpful, part shipped that day. I recived part next day. I replaced bowl cover and we used the food procseor for Sunday Fund rasier meal for the youth

Bowl cover lock switch broke and would not allow power to the blades
Replaced with new bowl cover and now the food processor works perfectly.

Old work bowl was broken. Bought a new work bowl for the food processor
There was no repair.The new bowl fit perfectly on the machine.
