Pilot light do not light, no Flame
For model number 400DVB
Hello Henrik, thank you for contacting us. We would suggest checking the Igniter, part number FIX10409033 and the Thermocouple, part number 37D1067. Unfortunately, the thermocouple has been discontinued. If you need help placing an order for the igniter, our customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call.
