Last year the fireplace worked fine. We went to start it up for the season and the pilot lite will not stay on and under the pilot lite mounting bracket there is a a flame i think is comming from a hole in the Pilot Assemby nova . What should I do?

If the pilot light won’t stay lit and you see a flame coming from a hole under the pilot assembly, it’s likely that the pilot assembly or pilot tube is damaged or clogged.
