My vaccim started not sucking properly and the roller brush not turning.

Hi Sandra, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, threads and hairs can get tangled around the brush, making the bristles less effective. In extreme cases, wrapped-up hair and threads can even stop the brush from turning or block suction. We would recommend checking your bristle brush for any blockage. If there is debris wrapped around it, use a sharp knife or scissors to cut it away. If the issue still exists, then you may need to replace the air filter, part number FIX9884146. We hope this sorts out your problem!
