starter rewind cord broke
I found the model number of the Briggs & Stratton engine on the inside of the engine housing. Ordered a new starter-rewind unit, as the old cord broke and the thing was well worn. The instructions were clear enough, but to get the old starter off I had to drill out four rivets, which just spin around when you try. I used a hacksaw, chisel , pliers, whatever worked on each rivet; this took a while. When they were finally removed, the new starter pull unit was relatively easy to install with the small nuts and bolts provided. On the Yard Machines log splitter, putting back the engine housing is quite tricky; you have to jostle the thing into place, get the pull handle above the cover and line up the bolt holes.

slow delivery
I paid extra to get the item . Received a delivery date, a couple days before date ,received notification it was going and in California and delivery would be another week. Immediately I ordered the carburator from another supplier and received it three days before parts select came in. It was installed and used AND with NO SHIPPING CHARG ES>
I returned parts select item for refund. WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN and I paid extra for shipping which I will not get back. Poor service and they still blame delivery on pandemic, NO ONE ELSE seems to have that PROBLEM,.Vincent K

The Spring-choke Return was not the right part.
The repair did not happen. The item number PS9294414 was the wrong
part. When I looked up the model number of 126-T02-0625-B1 engine after I tried to install it. The PartSelect answer was that they no longer had parts for 126-T02-0625-B1 engine any more. Do I need to send the
Spring-Choke Return and get my refund back. If so h ow do I do it.
