Water not being pumped to holding tank on this condenser model dryer.
For model number EIED2CAQSW00
Hello Victor, thank you for contacting us. The most probable cause of the issue is a defective water pump, part number FIX11699909, and the float switch, part number FIX11699959. The pump supplies water to the steam generator and the float switch turns the pump on when the condensate water level gets too high. When any of these parts is defective the water will not pump to the tank. Customer service is always available to help you place an order if you are having trouble doing so. Broken of catch
Super easy to fix! Unscrewed some screws, removed the broken latch on the door, put new one on, and put screws back in place. Thank you Parts select! I will definitely use this company again as needed!

I ordered the part in October2020 and it is now December 17 2020, I have not received the part and if I go to my tracking number it is stuck on its way to the next facility with a date of December 7th.
