The dryer is a condenser dryer and is leaking. It appears to be dripping in the back left where it should be making it into the reservoir and ultimately drips in the front right. There is still water collecting in the reservoir too, so it isn't entirely leaking.I was definitely late in cleaning out the condenser--which is likely what started the problem. i now cleaned that out and even purchased a new one. i've also cleaned out any place i can see that has lint, but there still appears to be a problem lurking out of sight. i took the back off where the sensor is and it appeared to have moisture in that area. i've now cleaned that area out too--although i'm unclear how lint would get in there.
my questions: 1. is there another place where lint is accumulating that i can clean out? i'm o.k. to take it apart, i just want to know where to focus and how to get there.
2. how does the water get up to the reservoir? is there some type of pump that may be failing? or is it likely a lint blockage on the way up? how do i access that area?
i can't seem to find any documentation or videos to show me what area to on. thank you for any assistance you can send my way!

Hi Ann,
Thank you for your question. If water is leaking from your condenser dryer, and it is not coming from the tank, check the pump and hoses for damage. Also check the hoses for any kinks or clogs. If the dryer exhaust tube that vents outside has a lot of bends in it, lint can become trapped and create a blockage. This will increase the heat in the dryer and moisture may build up. If you have any questions, please let us know. We are open 7 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you!

This dryer has started making a noise and the drum stops spinning at times during the cycle. My first thought was that the belt was bad because the noise was similar to a car with a bad belt but not as high pitched and has a grinding sound in there. I opened up the dryer and the belt is fine. The roller wheels are also fine. What are some other possibilities that I could check?

Hello Rodney, thank you for your inquiry. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the drive motor, part number FIX3523294. It rotates the drum belt to turn the drum. We hope this solves your problem!

Dryer Plastic lint filter broke after 6 years of nearly daily use...go figure.
Opened the box, cut open hermetically sealed bag...oops, should have added scissors to "tools used." Pulled replacement lint filter out of huge inner plastic bag. Walked to utility room, opened dryer door. Removed original filter from dryer, inserted new filter, discarded old filter and plastic bag, put shipping box into recycle bin. Too

Dryer work but wouldn’t shut off when finished cycle, had to shutoff from breaker
With a thin flat screwdriver I was able to pry out the old door switch, I replaced it with the new door switch, pushed back in dryer and so far is working since I installed a month ago.
