Whenever I press "Timed Dry" the dryer displays "Not Possible" any idea why this is happening?

Hello Avi, thank you for reaching out. In timed dry cycle, the settings can be changed before the cycle is started. If changes are attempted after the cycle starts a signal will beep and “Not possible” will be displayed. To change settings after the cycle starts, press Pause, adjust the setting and press Start to resume the cycle. We hope this solves your problem!

My dryer is ventless but recently there’s no water in the water basin ?

Broken of catch
Super easy to fix! Unscrewed some screws, removed the broken latch on the door, put new one on, and put screws back in place. Thank you Parts select! I will definitely use this company again as needed!

no part
I ordered the part in October2020 and it is now December 17 2020, I have not received the part and if I go to my tracking number it is stuck on its way to the next facility with a date of December 7th.
