Light is flashing and dishwasher will not start? Have disconnected power and tried to start, light is still flashing?
For model number WDF330PAHW2
Fix.com logo
Hi Stacey, thank you for your inquiry. First, you need to check the door latch, part number FIX11751646, to ensure that the dishwasher door latches. If the door does not latch properly, the door switch might prevent the dishwasher from running. If the door latch is not faulty, you may need to check the drain pump, part number FIX11738151. If the drain pump is not working, a light on the control panel might start flashing. To determine if the drain pump is defective, check the pump motor for continuity using a multimeter. If the problem still persists, the issue may be due to a faulty control board, part number FIX12070630. It is possible that the board has shorted and is causing the lights to flash or blink unexpectedly. If the control board is not sending power to one of the components, it is likely the control board is at fault and will need to be replaced. We hope this solves your problem!

My filters had completely clogged up with hard deposits and food left on the dishes after running the dishwasher.
My filters had completely clogged up and had not cleaned my filters at all which was a no-no.I had lots of food left on the dishes after running my dishwasher, so I took bothp filters out and replaced them no tools required. I won’t be using powdered or liquid detergent for my dishwasher anymore only pods and promise to clean my filters once a month, so hopefully that’ll help keep them clean. Very easy replacement even for an old woman.
