Second roller in on the left side was missing don't ask my how, pulling the bottom rack out the rack would dip down i had to lift it up to pull it the rest of the way out.
Ordered the roller from Parts Select, slid the roller over the little spindle sticking out of the bottom rack and snapped it in place. Job done in less than one minute.

Dishwasher was making loud grinding/buzzing noise
Saw a YouTube video that explained the problem was the pump. Removed dishwasher from under the counter, flipped it on its side, and unplugged the unit. Removed bottom cover and the pump is right there. Used pliers to lose and move 3 hose clamps. Unplugged 3 wires and unscrewed the ground. Unhooked rubber hold downs and removed. Inst
