Second roller in on the left side was missing don't ask my how, pulling the bottom rack out the rack would dip down i had to lift it up to pull it the rest of the way out.
Ordered the roller from Parts Select, slid the roller over the little spindle sticking out of the bottom rack and snapped it in place. Job done in less than one minute.

Top rack not washing, found hole in the rubber boot that connects the manifold at the bottom to the tubes that run up the back which deliver water to the top spinners.
Remove the lower dish rack, and remove the filter and screen. Using a screwdriver, remove the 4 screws that attach the bottom wash arm, and lift off. Remove the retaining screw on the rubber boot. Slide the boot off of the square steel tubes (there is a metal clamp around this connection, you may need to use pliers to open it. The cla mp mechanism is a simple latch that you have to push apart from the two tabs). Open the clamp that came with the replacement part and examine the mechanism to see how it needs to be oriented to secure it. Slide the new boot on, close and latch the clamp. Replace the retaining screw, then the main bottom wash arm with it's 4 screws, the replace the screen and filter and bottom rack.
