For model number 63013902011
Fix.com logo
Hello Jerome, thank you for your inquiry. We have researched your model and found that in the rinse aid setting, the + and - buttons are used to change the amount of rinse aid dispensed. r:O0: rinse agent off. r:03: the medium amount of rinse agent dispensed. r:06: highest amount of rinse agent. Similarly, in the dry assist setting, use the - and + buttons to activate or deactivate dry assist.  d:O0: dry assist off. d:01: dry assist on. At the end press "START" to save the setting.  We hope this information helps!

The plastic clip on the roller broke
We let this go for a shameful amount of time before I decided I could probably fix it. The roller broke so you could only pull it out about halfway or it would come off the track. I looked up the part, and bought it. Actually bought two in case it happened again. When I arrived I looked at how it was put together on the other side and t hen just basically pushed it onto the rod and it was fixed. I am ashamed it took so long to do it. Never be afraid to try it yourself. It was a total of $10 shipped to fix it.

The valve allowed water to fill the dishwasher when not in use.
This was the third time I replaced a fill valve in a Bosch diswasher, twice in this unit and once in a previous unit. I read the installation hints on your web site and want to add the following suggestion.

The notes on your web site say you can remove the valve from behind the toe face and pull it out to reach the hose and plu g. I found that the Bosch designers called for both the hose and wire to on the short side. I found that pulling the dishwasher forward 6" to 9" allows you to access these connections from the side at least to hold them while making the connection. I hope this helps. Thank you, Bill
