Hi James,
Thank you for your question. If the touchpad sometimes does not respond, it may need to be replaced. Check the connections between the electronic control board and the control panel. If the connections are fine, then the control panel will need to be replaced. The part number listed under your model number for the control panel is FIX11699817. If you need help placing an order for it, customer service is open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
Once rinse cycle is complete, the bottom remains full of water and the washer no longer operates.
I guess I need some type of guidance to figure out what part is faulty.
Any help?
For model number FPID2497RF3A
Hi John,
Thank you for your question. If water is not draining from the dishwasher, the drain pump may be clogged or damaged and it will need to be cleaned or replaced. If the water has drained into the base of the dishwasher, you will need to remove the dishwasher from the cabinet and tip it at a 45 degree angle to drain the water. We hope this helps!
