Touch pad lights flicker on and off. Touchpad sometimes does not respond to command

Hi James, Thank you for your question. If the touchpad sometimes does not respond, it may need to be replaced. Check the connections between the electronic control board and the control panel. If the connections are fine, then the control panel will need to be replaced. The part number listed under your model number for the control panel is FIX11699817.
