Hi the piston that drives the nail will not retract. If i open up the access latch and turn the gun upside down the piston retracts by gravity :) and i can shoot the next nail.

Hi Joe, thank you for reaching out. The problem seems to be with the O-ring; it may be dried out or worn so it cannot keep the suction required for the tool to operate properly. Nailer leaks air around the trigger and won’t fire. What’s my problem?

Hello Barry, thank you for writing. If the trigger valve FIX12689527 is leaking air it will need to be replaced in order for the nail gun to work properly.
