My jackhammer does not chip.
For model number 11241EVS

Hi Robert, Thank you for your question. If your jack hammer is not chipping or hitting hard enough, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the o-rings, the carbon brush, the ring, the piston and the striker. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service.
