How to diagnose a non working unit. Fan works display works but no water is pulled from the air.

Hi Alec, thank you for reaching out. The issue seems to be with the compressor. The fan moves air, but the compressor is what chills the coils to condense moisture out of that air. We would suggest checking the capacitor of the compressor, part number FIX18187430. A failed capacitor stops the compressor. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
