Built-in pump does not work. Error code P1. What can I do?

Hi Kent, Thank you for your question. If you are getting the P1 error code, make sure that the pump hose is properly installed onto the dehumidifier and that the bucket is securely in place. Then reset the dehumidifier by unplugging it and plugging it back in. We hope this helps!
