This control knob is a little over an inch in diameter. It is beige in color and is made of plastic. This knob has a blue indicator line, and will accept a 'D' shaped shaft.

Unit would run continuously and not shut off
Removed the front cover and then the humidistat from the bracket. Two push on wire connectors and then reversed. Very straightforward and excellent part matching. Given the prices for new dehumidifiers it was great to breathe life back into this unit which does its job well. Thanks for the easy to use web site and fast fast service!

The float turned up missing during a move to another city.
The repair was just putting the float into the inside of the tank itself and then, inserting the two pins (left and right) into each slot so the float operates up and down freely.

Dehumidifier would not shut off automatically
Remove the front cover 2 screws on the bottom. Then removed the clip for the full light, then removed 2 more screws that held the humidistat. Removed the 2 power wires removed part. Reverse the uninstall procedure. Done
