What is the thread size on drill chuck? Does anyone make a chuck with a key and half inch chuck ? Thank you
For model number DCD771

Hello Randy, Thank you for the question. Very sorry but the manufacture has not provided us with the thread size for the discontinued Chuck. For more specialized assistance or to speak with someone about this, I would suggest calling the manufacturer of the unit directly. We hope this helps!

When i drill with a larger drill bit, the drill turns off. Wait 30 seconds and then i can start it again. After a little bit, it shuts off again. What is the issue? Thank you.
For model number DCD771

Hello Rick, thank you for contacting us. We would suggest following all the instructions while using the drill: Make sure that the chuck is not loose, proper pressure is being applied, the proper drill bit is being used for specific operations, and the trigger is not loose or damaged. If the issue remains, the problem might be with the battery, part number FIX10186787, or the transmission assembly, part number FIX10189077. We hope this sorts out your issue!
