stovetop burner knobs were not snugly fitting on stove (metal inside part worn out).
3 of the 4 burner knobs were broken. Finding the burner knobs on PartsSelect.com. was easy. What sold me on purchasing them were the pictures including a closeup of the back connection and the description of the make of appliance they'd fit. THe old burner knobs broke.
I simply took off the old knobs and replaced them with the new ones I ordered from you. They were exact replacements and cheaper than your competitors. You sent them quickly.
The experience can't be any better than that.

The shaft on the OEM knobs were cracked
Piece of cake. Knobs were slip on / slip off. Searched the Partselect website using the model number of the cooktop... presto.
