right front burner would not spark,
Unplug the the electrical plug from outlet, removed the stainless steel top cover by removing 8 screws with a Philips screw driver, removed the old 4-burner ignition switch harness and replace with the new harness, then reconnect wires to the spark modulator. It was very straight foreword. The problem was remedied.

( I will no te that in problem solving). The two components had to be ruled out for the burner to fail was either the spark modulator under the cooktop or the 4- burner ignition switch harness witch is located under the cover where the knobs are. The switches are one unit and if one goes out you replace all four. It requires no tools they slip out and snap back in the stem of the knob once the cover is removed.
