Broken gas line & missing cap
Front control panel must be removed but left hanging on wires, remove kick panel at base of stove, locate and remove all screws that attach side of stove (either side) when all screws have been removed from side panel you can lift up about an inch and remove side panel thus giving you access to base of burners and attached gas lines; after replacing gas line i recharged the lines with gas and checked for leakage by using a grill lighter, (no leaks?) i re-installed the side panel, this was the most difficult part of the repair because the side panel must be properly placed and lined up
