Heater does not seem to get enough propane. When you turn the knob down the Flame goes out.
For model number MH125FAV
Hello Ronald, Thank you for the question. This could be an indication the Thermoelectric Valve is defective and may need to be replaced. The thermoelectric valve is a flame supervision device; these devices are needed on all gas-powered appliances. It is a safety feature, when the flame is extinguished this valve shuts off the gas from travelling to the burner, which prevents a buildup of gas inside the heater. This valve helps ensure that that gas supply in your heater stays at safe levels. We hope this helps!

Heater lights propane and burns clean but as soon as pilot/igniter button is released gas quits flowing
For model number MH125FAV
Hi Jerry,
Thank you for your question. If you have a faulty thermocouple, or it is too far away from the pilot, it can cause the pilot light to go out and will shut off the gas valve. The part number listed under your model number for the thermocouple is FIX10369095. If you need help placing an order for it, customer service is open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
