Heater lights & works for about 5 minutes and shuts off.Everything shuts off including pilot.
For model number MH200CV
Hello Patrick, thank you for reaching out. The problem appears to be with the Thermocouple and you may need to replace it, the part number is FIX10424511. If that does not fix the issue, we would recommend checking the Regulator, part number FIX10369092. If you need help placing an order for it, please feel free to give us a call. The burner doesn't put out the BTU's. Flame comes on for a few seconds, then reduces to a basic 3" flame

Hi Bill, thank you for contacting us. Based on our understanding, the issue is most probably with the regulator, part number FIX10369092. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope that helps!
