The compressor will only build 60psi and then the compressor shuts down pulling to many amps, and is slow to start after it shuts down. I dont hear any noise like something is broken inside. Checked oil i may have over filled it a little, but its not getting blown out of the filler tube. Wasn't that low when i topped it off. It wouldn't start without blowing the circuit breaker before i added oil.Thank you1

Just stopped working. Has power to switch, power leaving switch, power to motor. Compressor fan turns so it’s not looked up, oil is a little over 1/2 full on window. Please help. Thanks
