I took the pressure switch apart totally by accident. Can you give me how it goes back together. Thanks

Hello Corey, Thank you for the question. Very sorry, since the switch is not suppose to come apart, we do not have information on reassembling it. The Switch may need to be replaced. After compressor reaches pressure setting, I have to toggle On/Off switch to make compressor to turn on again when tank is empty of air? Is pressure switch faulty or pressure regulator set too high?

Hello Kartar, thank you for your inquiry. The Pressure Regulator is FIX11883518. The Pressure switch is FIX10149770. We believe it is the Pressure Switch. Good luck with this repair.

Turn on the compressor and it won’t fill up with air. Changed the oil and not sure what’s wrong.

The part number listed under your model number for the pressure switch is FIX10149770. My compressor turns on and regulator pressure is set to 100 psi and the tank reach’s 100 psi and keeps going and won’t shut off.

Thank you for your question. If the air compressor is not shutting off, the air filters may be clogged and you will need to either clean or replace them. If the filters are fine, you may have a broken pressure gauge, or a malfunctioning pressure relief valve, pressure switch or motor. If you have your air compressor plugged into a low powered extension cord, then the air compressor may continue to run. Does the reed valve kit come with both reeds or just the one shown?

Hello Doyle, thank you for your question. The item 5 on our schematic shows one only Valve Plate FIX11880171 as are the Valve seat gaskets part FIX11880930. We look forward to hearing from you.
