PUMP COMES ON BUT WON'T PRESSURE UP
For model number H150PL
Hello Kenneth, thank you for getting in touch. When the pump motor runs but fails to build pressure the issue is a failure in one of the compression or air delivery components. Start by inspecting the Piston Cap, part number FIX11856390. If the piston cup or seal is worn, cracked, or torn it cannot create enough compression to push air into the tank. Also, inspect the Check Valve, part number FIX11856396. This valve allows compressed air to enter the tank while preventing it from flowing back out. If it is stuck open or broken air will bleed back through instead of accumulating in the tank. We hope this helps.
