the compressor runs forever once reaching 150 or a little above but never gets to 200 to shut off. i have replaced the piston. sleeve, rod, vale plate and gaskets, along with the manifold and gauges

Hi Steve, thank you for getting in touch. Since you have replaced these parts, we would suggest checking the check valve, part number FIX12099621. If the check valve is damaged or fouled, compressed air leaks back into the pump head. It creates backpressure that stops the compressor from building higher pressure. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
