How to remove bottom burr grinder for cleaning coffee grounds underneath it? Not sure how to unscrew it.
For model number BCG450XL
Hi Pablo, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, you have to follow these instructions to remove the bottom of your model.
1. Un-thread all the screws from the bottom under the foot pads.
2. Pull out the timer control knob.
3. Pull out the start button by using pliers.
4. Take out coffee grounds bin.
5. Take apart the bottom side and un-thread all screws inside it.
6. Pull out the whole gear box assembly with your hands by inserting the screwdriver at the timer knob hole.
8. After proper cleaning, reassemble it by doing the same process backward.
