Which way does the blade screw loosen?? i bought one uses and the screw seems solidly frozen

Hi David, Thank you for your question. This is a left hand thread screw that is used to secure the saw blade. This durable hex socket head screw and it will require a hex key also known as an Allen wrench to secure or remove this hardware. If you have any questions, please let us know.
