The Chain comes off while sawing. It has gotton worse as the saw was used more. Ideas on what the cause might be?

Hello Chuck, thank you for reaching out. If your chain is frequently jumping off the bar and the problem has worsened over time, it is likely due to the drive sprocket. The sprocket is the gear that drives the chain. Over time, the chain's drive links carve deep grooves into its teeth. You may need to replace it. The part number is FIX16688424. We hope this helps!
