No movement or sound when pressing the switch. how do i diagnosis this problem. Are there fuses?
For model number P310G
Hello Ron, thank you for your question! There is no fuse in your gun. Make sure the nozzle tip is cut, the inner seal in the caulk tube is broken, hardened material is removed from the nozzle, caulk tube is not damaged or frozen, the plunger rod is free of caulk/adhesive materials. Make sure the latches on each side of the battery pack snap into place, and the battery pack is secured on the tool before beginning operation. If all checks are fine, we would recommend checking the switch, part number FIX10010292. We hope this solves your problem!
