Plunger is stuck

Hello Matt, thank you for contacting us. Most of the time the plunger gets stuck because of a damaged or bent rack rod. We would recommend inspecting the rack, part number FIX11868943, and replacing it if found bent. Please watch the attached video, it is relevant to the problem you are facing. I have bought 2 of these brand new. And both times they had the same issue on first use. The plunger is stuck fully extended?? Am I doing something wrong because I know it's not bent or damaged
