Difficulty Level:
Very Easy
Total Repair Time:
Less than 15 mins
Tools:
Socket set
Rear drive wheels bald, no traction
9/16s inch socket, something to prop up one side of the mower (I used a plastic plant pot), and about 5 minutes was all that was needed. Undo the nut on the wheel, remove, replace it with the new one (can't mess it up - just goes on one way which is extremely obvious), replace and tighten the nut -- done. Just that simple. With the new kicks it goes up hill like a champ now (instead of spinning, especially with the grass catcher attached).

Ordered on/off switch. My switch had only one wire terminal. Replacement had two. I ran a wire from one to a screw as a ground. Switch worked fine.
