The machine has been on the shelf for about a year. The pan is stuck. Have tried hot water, but it is still stuck. What can I do?
For model number CBK-110

Hi Carolyn, thank you for reaching out. You may need to apply vegetable or olive oil around the locking prongs at the bottom of the machine and the edges of the pan. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to seep into the gap. If hot water inside the pan didn't work, try pouring warm water into the bottom of the bread maker machine around the pan's base to soak for 20 minutes. We hope this information helps!
