Your videos show how to replace a coupling on other models of Kitchenaid blenders, but I can't find directions for doing so on a Pro Line model. Can you help, since I just ordered the coupling from you?!

Hi Jamie, thank you for contacting us. We have found some relevant instructions for you to replace the blender coupling. These may not be of the exact same model, but will help you with the process. You may follow the following steps: remember when you take the blender coupler off, it is a left-handed thread, so turn it clockwise. Since there is nothing to grab on to it, you will need to take a flathead screwdriver and a hammer and just give it a sharp tap so it spins in that direction. Do not hit it really hard and break the blender, just enough to spin the coupler off. In order to put the coupler on, you just have to screw it down, remembering that it goes the opposite direction, so it is counterclockwise to tighten it. We hope this information helps!
