Unable to power up. Receptacle for electric is working. Is there a reset button?
For model number KSB5600B1
Hello Richard, Thank you for the question. The appliance does not come with a reset button sorry. To reset you just cut power to the appliance for a few mins and then plug it back in. If it is not powering on, you may have a defective Control Board. We hope this helps!
