shaft spins but spool does not.
For model number GH710
Hi Jim, thank you for the question. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest you check the spool assembly, part number FIX17016233, since the cutting line may be damaged or broken. If this part is faulty, you may need to replace it. We hope this helps!
