How do you remove the spiral bevel gear and bearing from the end of the armature shaft ? My fan was broken but epoxied it back together. Now i need the gear and bearing off to slip the fan back on the knurled brass piece.

Old power cord frayed at the grommet entering the drill casing
Did not do repair as replacement part did not match description on partselect website. The grommet is not part of the replacement that was sent. Order #22962198
