The compressor does not come on no matter what temperature we set the ac unit on.
For model number 25370181014
Hello Dennis, Thank you for the question. If the Unit Powers on but the compressor will not start, we suggest testing the Thermistor with a multimeter to check the continuity. Unit condenser won't turn off
Took old part off and replaced after cleaning the coils but it didn't fix it .Now have to figure out what's next.
