The heat doesnt work but the fan works.The a/c also works

board UI failed
real easy, just unplug it under display panel and the board UI is just snapped in there.

Keypad would not accept input
Remove the cover, remove the support bracket, snap in the control board, flip the switch and it operates like brand new. Even I can do it!
